Reetu Singh, MD Ms Nasi Bolourchi served as our real estate agent in the search of our first home. Her excellent capabilities, experience, a deep understanding of the business and good listening ability helped us tremendously. Joe & Donna Kernan Last year my wife and I made the mistake of trying to market our unique Airport Home ourselves. After this ill-fated attempt we listed it for ninety days with one of Mrs. Bolourchi's competitors. This attempt was also unsuccessful. This whole process consumed approximately six months, which I consider to have been essentially waster.
In November of 2003 we were approached by Nasi Bolourchi. Nasi was persistent without being obnoxious until we agreed to list our property with her. She assured us that she would be able to sell our property, if we would just give her the opportunity. I am pleased to report that Nasi didn't let us down, and was true to her word to get us a fair price for our property. The fact that our home is part of an airport community was a bit of a challenge in finding just the right buyer.
Nasi was not stingy with her advertising budget, and I am convinced that this was the most important factor in find the right buyer. Nasi was always accessible, and did a good job of keeping us from becoming discouraged when it looked like nothing was happening.
Not only would I recommend Nasi to other who may want to list their property, I already have!

We didn't even get to see much else in Bethany but we knew when we saw this community, that this was the place for us. Upon seeing the house for the first time, we fell in love with it. It wasn't just the decor, but the style of the house with all the extras was just perfect. We cannot spend enough time down there. Each weekend we have been going down taking things from home to help furnish OUR BEACH HOUSE and every time Sunday rolls around, we both dread having to face reality of going back home and to work. But having property in Bethany makes those hard days of work such that we cannot live for each Friday that rolls around only to find ourselves back there again. We also would like to thank you for the little picket fence. It looks so adorable sitting in front of the fireplace. That was a very nice touch!
One day when we have the house completely decorated with our COTTAGE/BEACH theme, we would love to have you stop by and see it. You definitely deserve that much, although we could never thank you enough for everything that you did for us. Thank you for all of your time.

13693 Cokesbury Road We've been using Nasi Bolourchi since coming to Rehoboth in 2003. She has helped us buy our current home - sell our condo and help us buy another home in Georgetown. We are completely satisfied by Nasi's professionalism and integrity. We had help of Nasi's associate Modesto Gallo with our home sale in Georgetown. He was there for us at closing and helpful during the sale period. Nasi always explained clearly what options we had and where we stood. I would work with no other Realtor.
